Bookings

Bookings to be make at Civic Centre Library/Service desk during opening hours

  • Tuesday 11am - 7pm
  • Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Saturday 9am - 1pm

 

Completion of the Permit Form and payment of deposit (50% of total hire cost)

Payment of remainder, plus the refundable bond must be made before or on the day of the event with collection of keys.

 

After satisfactory inspection and return of keys the bond deposit will be returned to the hirer.

 

 

 

 


Serving  Liquor  and  Liquor  Licence

After securing a booking of the Gumeracha Hall there are Local and Government approvals for the serving of alcohol.

Do I need a Liquor Licence?

Liquor licence is required for any of the following:

  • Sale of liquor
  • BYO events where money changes hands for tickets or meals

  1. Approval for a liquor licence is required from the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner and a fee of $34.50 maybe applicable.

    or

              Faxed on: 8226 8457

     

  2. After approval is given the licence from the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner must be displayed on premises during the event.

Clean up as per Hire Check Sheet is the responsibility of the hirer after the event.
